This is our story…

The Florida Rising Stars Experience is an opportunity for young sports participants to get a behind-the-scenes look into careers in sports, presented by some of the nation’s greatest sports
celebrities and practitioners. The student-athletes and sports enthusiasts at high schools across Florida will participate in this personal development and team building opportunity at no cost
to them or the school, courtesy of our partners and donors.

Our inside look into the myriad of opportunities within sports organizations and our sharing of life skills and keys to success will be a unique educational exercise for high school sports teams
and other interested students. Our mission is to bring our team of mentors and instructors to high school campuses to present to student-athletes and sports enthusiasts at a date and time
that works for each individual situation. This is a fast-paced educational and motivational opportunity with school administrators choosing the best date and time.

Equally important, our partnership with Varsity Sports Network brings a follow-up visit to the
school to engage those students interested in a real-time, on-the-job opportunity as part of VSN’s video production or a sports information team. What a magnificent opportunity for the career and personal development of these young people across all socioeconomic levels. The Florida Rising Stars Foundation is a recognized 501c3 organization.

It is well known that an overwhelming percentage of student-athletes will seek to find a home in the sports field after their playing days conclude. Taking our mentors directly to high school students is the most efficient way to share information that truly has a chance to change lives.

Our fast-paced 90-minute session will give students a snapshot of careers in sports administration, marketing and media, sports broadcasting, athletic training, officiating, and coaching. At the conclusion, one or more of our celebrity Ambassadors will share a motivational message certain to leave your students with the keys to success on the field and in life.
